Please send us an email, requesting to return the item and we will send a confirmation email. Failure to return items without a confirmation email attached may cause a delay in processing your refund. Send the confirmation along with your returned merchandise. Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. We do not refund shipping costs.

Please return items in a secure, padded envelope. For extra protection, you may wish to send using delivery confirmation. Shibui & Daughters is not responsible for orders damaged or lost in transit.
